David Vogel

David Vogel served as President of Walt Disney Pictures for 10 years. During his 25 year career he worked with Steven Spielberg and Martin Scorsese among many others. In 2010 he was awarded the title of “Ambassador” by the Palm Springs Unified School District for his creative contributions to Digicom.

Larry Fulton

Larry Fulton is a retired motion picture production designer whose credits include FRIED GREEN TOMATOES and THE SIXTH SENSE. Currently he makes short films and topical postcards which can be seen on his website:

Don Perry

Don Perry, has 37 years executive management experience in major corporate media companies including CBS, NBC, Clear Channel, and Viacom. Beyond Don’s distinguished career in the industry, he is active in the community, serving in executive leadership roles of community agencies such as the Coachella Valley Economic Partnership, FIND Foodbank, and Parc Andreas HOA.

Doug Donenfeld

Doug Donenfeld, in addition to serving as a senior partner with the international law firm of SidleyAustin for 34 years, spent his entire career in leadership positions with non profit organizations with a focus on children. As Chairman of the Adler Planetarium, he initiated a Chicago public schools teacher training program to make astronomy relevant to children and as a board member of the Chicago’s League for Juvenile Justice, he worked to engage inter city children in after school programs as an alternative to distractions that often lead to criminal activity. His most recent public service is the immediate past Chairman of the Palm Springs Planning Commission.


**Tim Wood

Tim Wood has over 30 years of executive management experience with Insurance Organizations including AIG, Kemper, Travelers, and SeaBright holding both National and International positions including Chief Sales Officer. He holds both an Economics degree from the University of California, Irvine and a JD from Western State University, College of Law as well as licenses as an Insurance Agent and Investment Advisor. Tim now owns a local State Farm Insurance Agency and is active in a number of local organizations including the Food Bank of the LGBT Center, DAP and CV Rep. He currently is a Board Member of the Palm Springs Unified School District, the Foundation of the Palm Springs Unified School District and the Cathedral City Senior Center.

Lauri Kibby

Ms. Kibby has 30 years experience in construction and development having started her career with Irvine Retail Properties where she worked on the development of 13 community centers and the remerchandising and positioning of Fashion Island, Newport Beach.  Kibby then went on to become CEO of a construction company specializing in the restoration and adaptive reuse of historic structures completing well over 150 projects in both San Francisco and Los Angeles.  In 2006 she left the construction business and went on to develop several small single-family residential subdivisions in S. California as well as entitling several hotel mixed use projects.

Laurence A. Colton

 Over the course of his thirty year career in the insurance industry Larry has had the good fortune of working in three  distinct environments; building a strong regional insurance brokerage firm, holding a top managerial position in a national insurance brokerage firm, and finally, building an insurance brokerage firm “from scratch”. As one of four partners in Goldman Insurance Services Larry spent the first twenty five years of his business career building the life insurance, employee benefits and property casualty departments and ultimately serving as the firm’s President for fifteen years.

Mr. Green has a 45 year career in education including serving as Former Dean and Board President of College of The Desert, Assistant Dean of UC Riverside, Founder of Pathways to Success (a regional college and career readiness program), consultant to Palm Springs Unified School District and to the Digicom Board of Directors. 

Elizabeth F. Romero

Elizabeth F. Romero grew up in the community of Thermal, California, the daughter of hardworking immigrants from Mexico and El Salvador. Elizabeth attended Coachella Valley High School and College of the Desert prior to transferring to the University of California, Riverside where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. She also holds a Masters of Politics, Economics and Business from Claremont Graduate University. Elizabeth is the President of the Riverside County Office of Education and Assistant Vice Chancellor of Government & Community Relations at the University of California, Riverside (UCR).
